  There is a possibility that it is a fraudulent company. When I reported that I received a fake product, they did not investigate or show any evidence. That's not true. I sent a new product. They accused me of replacing it with a fake product. I was also subjected to human rights violations, such as being blamed for a crime I did not commit.

  Sellers beware of this buyer, they're attempting to pass off a cheap $40 hand brake and claiming that is what we sent them instead of the wilwood assembly they purchased. We've submitted a report of their attempt to defraud our store and ebay

  They put a picture of a pulley and belt, and only sent me a belt and over charged me for china product. I waited 1 week and half for this part and then this happens. The shipping says 2 to 4 days but I had to wait a week like they just got it shipped and then, they used a bag to ship it instead of a box in case it ripped or get damage this bag would not help. I will never be purchasing from them again. I should ship it back and get my money back because of bad customer service.

  All Gates serpentine belts are made in China. The buyer purchased a gates belt as clearly stated in the title of the listing, and that is precisely what they received.
