  The item didn't arrive as scheduled and the tracking never updated from having a shipping label made plus the tracking number was established. I did see on EBAY that the Item supposedly shipped but the tracking never updated to back that up. I tried contacting seller but something went wrong on EBAY when trying to do so. So stuck here with no part for my 4x4 for an upcoming winter storm. It would have been a negative feedback but it said I need to wait 7 days to do so.

  Dishonest and uncommunicative: order took over a month to arrive. Vendor didn't send any updates around delays (it was supposedly in stock and shipped immediately - needless to say they didn't do anything until two weeks passed and I told them I wanted a refund. Now the grifters will claw some money back on "restocking fees" for an item they sent WEEKS late after a refund was requested. Don't make the mistake I did - there's too many solid vendors who know how to act ethically. AVOID.

  They put a picture of a pulley and belt, and only sent me a belt and over charged me for china product. I waited 1 week and half for this part and then this happens. The shipping says 2 to 4 days but I had to wait a week like they just got it shipped and then, they used a bag to ship it instead of a box in case it ripped or get damage this bag would not help. I will never be purchasing from them again. I should ship it back and get my money back because of bad customer service.

  All Gates serpentine belts are made in China. The buyer purchased a gates belt as clearly stated in the title of the listing, and that is precisely what they received.
