AVOID THIS SELLER!! I ordered 4 cushion inserts 1' thick, one arrived a lot thinner than 1' . I requested a replacement; no reply. SELLER DOESN'T REPLY unless you open dispute via Ebay. After 2 weeks of chasing for reply and not having option for a replacement via Ebay, I had to choose the only option "return & refund" and had to go through hassle of returning the faulty item. After raising issue with Ebay I asked for a refund and a replacement of the faulty item. The seller refused.
