  Item I received was different than the pictures showed and was not what I was expecting to receive. However, what I received appeared to be a decent quality but it wouldn’t work for what I was needing it for. Seller was fast to respond and promptly remedied the issue. I would purchase from seller in the future but I may ask questions first to confirm the item matches the details in the listing photos so I know what I’d receive. There was no shipping box, just the item box and it arrived damaged.

  I took a punt on this tap as golds can vary in colour and I didn’t know if it would match so made an offer that was accepted. Great communication so thank you. Whilst the tap doesn’t match that’s not the sellers fault. The tap itself came in a well packaged box. Inside it had a great foam inlay where each part had its own compartment. The tap is amazing quality. Brand new. It is weighty but not too heavy. Very durable. It’s a beautiful tap and I’m fussy. Highly recommend. Great seller 5 star.
