  Seller asked me to revise feedback so I am complying with their request. Item arrived broken from China although their address states they are in CA. They also stated they don’t respond to customers on the weekend so my messages to them were not seen or responded to for 3 days. They did ho ahead and issue a full refund.

  Hi, we stated in our listing that our item was located in China. We work and ship from China. Your messages were sent on Sat and Sun Beijing time, and we responded your messages on Monday when we got back to the office. The clasp were broken in the mail as you said that the package was squashed when it was delivered. We also promptly issued full refund after we replied your messages.
