The shipping was very fast however the customs kept my watch for a few days and charged vat costs which were increased by 45 usd of UPS “extra charges”. When I told this to the seller he offered to refund me 45 usd! This was neither his or my fault and yet he still did refund me! Thank you so much for your honesty and empathetic approach to business making this purchase a very pleasant experience✨
