  Seller did not apply the necessary VOEC information on the package, and i had to pay doubble VAT. When i contacted the seller about the issue, he disclaimed his responsibility, and answerd in an arrogant tone that this was Ebay or Norwegian customs responsability. I contacted Ebay, and the helped me claiming a refund. This seller tends to become rude, and he has called several other customers for id|ots. Check feedback history. Not a recomended seller.

  What a load of nonsense! Customs mistake causing a second VAT payment, blamed us. All he needed do was contact his local VAT authority to correct and get his refund. He kept sending us blame messages and as I tried to help he got argumentative and called me arrogant, hence this negative feedback. Username: oyvind.kristiansen. BEWARE!!
