Delivered, in a plastic postal bag, by Royal Mail & fitted through the letterbox as there was no packing around them. Luckily the items were not damaged.

  Totally the wrong item sent as because seller took too long to respond I had to use the hat as I didn’t have another!! No resolution, slow to respond and quite rude actually!! Item pictured was totally different to the one I received, I would say the seller knew this, but has been most unhelpful!! Steer well clear and see other feedback!!

  Wrong item ???-same hat, slight difference on the silver emblem, same safety standard strange it`s seller`s fault the buyer "HAD TO USE IT" ?? Sadly one cannot please all of the WORLD ALL OF THE TIME but with 97.3% HAPPY BUYERS, we will try to survive
