Courier 🚚 should have at least informed me , where my package was, the intercoms are next to the front door, the photo didn’t show the location. i did find it, but as many people & tradespersons have access to the front door the package could’ve been taken, nonetheless it was delivered during the specified time slot

It looks great thanks the only problem is ERI THE DELIVERY PEOPLE TOOK 4 DAYS LONGER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE but the packaging was in perfect condition and as described you can’t always blame the seller I’ve been in business for years I’m ex military and I’ve done more in my life than most other people so grow up and just know the world has changed from 70s and 80s 90s now we have the internet you don’t go to the local shop so just think how it affects all of us I’m just starting something new

"BEWARE AND AVOID" ....This seller is the worst I've ever dealt with....Item arrived scratched and damaged. Seller refused responsibility, blaming packaging for scuffs-an obvious excuse. Return process was a nightmare-useless labels, endless delays, and constant hassle Even after I returned it properly, seller had the nerve threaten a refund dispute like a low level scammer. EBay refunded me. No integrity or respect for customers. Avoid this seller unless you want stress and frustration.

Item arrived two days later than described,mainly due to delays by Evri delivery. But outer cardboard box had split open and had obviously been resealed. The manufacturers box containing the item fortunately was made of sterner stuff and well packaged inside around the item. This also saved it from further damage by Evri dropping it over the stable door, instead of opening the door to securely place it. However item so far working very well.
