  Advertised as new boxed. Arrived not boxed in bubble wrap. Contacted advised disappointed not what I ordered. Offered discount, advised was a present for my granddaughter so wanted boxed. Offered a further discount but asked them to send a replacement boxed as originally ordered. Advised by them to contact eBay for a return which I did.
