I received this item very quickly & the chair parts were fine, the pail however had got damaged in transit. I contacted the seller who immediately said a replacement would be sent. Excellent all round, the wheelchair is, well, perfect, no complaints whatsoever, delivery quick and notified when it would be here. Cannot see how this is described as 'used' when does not appear to have been used.
