  Arrived on time and packed, great quality light linen mix blouse. However, I think the wrong colour was sent, it was a deep coral pink and I ordered the purople/lilac colour. But the seller dealt with the issue promptly and offered a refund. It is a great blouse though, sizing is good, I'm a size 10 annd ordered a medium, and it's just the right amount of loose fitting. I had already bought one previously, I would purchase another, and would recommend this seller.

  Between ordering the pullover and receiving the item today, I received a scam message purporting to be from the courier and upon contacting the seller, he reassured me that the order was still in the delivery stage and the message was a possible scam. I am very pleased with my purchase as the pullover is exactly what I ordered both in quality and value for money. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

  I cannot fault this seller who despatched my order very promptly. However, the courier used was Evri who had my order for a week before it was delivered. When I opened the package I discovered that both of the plastic reels upon which the line is wound were smashed and the broken pieces were loose in the packaging.Whilst the line can still be used the broken reels are sharp and dangerous. Previously, such items have been received it in perfect condition. I thought you would like to know of this.

  Item as shown and described, good quality, already bought one before and have been using for a couple of years. Only down side they used yodel instead of royal mail, therefore yodel took 12 days to deliver. Communication from seller quick response when I contacted them, refund given and told to keep item, a good seller with a good product.
