Sadly the packaging was damaged by the courier so it arrived looking used and as though it had been unpacked ! We have had to buy a USB Charging Cable , there is a little damage to the item itself ! No fault of the Seller ! So I have no complaints with them , but possibly use a courier that would show a little more care ! The speaker sounds and it looks good too , and I would describe it as good value for not a lot. Good Seller rubbish Courier

I am very pleased with this product. But was disappointed when my original order was returned to you by Everi as they had processed it incorrectly and it couldn't be delivered to my parcel shop. I requested you sent me another when it was returned to you. You said it had to be refunded and l had to reorder, l was rather disappointed it was £1 dearer. A pound isn't much but it is a matter of principle. The second order was also late in arriving again it was held up by Everi's local hub. So while
