  The mask package on eBay portrays “ brand new “, but when it was shipped it was a used and returned item . The seal on the package was already opened . Contacted seller , but the response wasn’t professional and denied everything I brought to their attention. Basically felt like a fraud . So I don’t recommend this seller . Sell used items with the brand new title .

  We offered a FULL RETURN & REFUND for this customer but they did not want nor return. Some customers like to get items for free by making up stories that Ebay would not believe.
