  Took eleven days to arrive from purchase to my door and didn’t come first class post as advertised it was sent second class and was in a small envelope folded and not in the large envelope as advertised where it could lay flat so not good for it to be folded I am very disappointed in the service this is not what was advertised so something is not right the company needs to sort it out. Not what is expected from a professional company.

  Having just checked the delivery date of your item I an see it was delivered BEFORE the est delivery date given to you by ebay. With regards to the envelope your decal is 500 mm long and there is no envelope available that long so as your name was with a plain font it was folded in half yes however when removed from the hardbacked envelope and unfolded has no bearing on application. Hope this clarifies.

  Royal mail delivery failed miserably. Over two weeks to deliver a small envelope. The seller has been brilliant. Offered to re-send. The labels look perfect for what I need. I'll use the seller again if I can. Recommended.

  Wrong colour sent originally. Seller said they didn't receive the message. Make sure you save the message before you send it. Seller was brilliant about it and corrected the colour for me. Fantastic product for the price. Thank you

  Item arrived 13th May 2nd class, ordered 24th April, dispatched 28th April, listing states first class post??? If Royal Mail 2nd class is this bad. They need to throw in the towel, worse still! item went missing in post, seller did resend, but I was unaware as comms had dried up?? so had made other arrangements? resent items are really very good, but delivery/comms are poor at times.

  As you know we made you aware that the item was lost and we resent hence they took longer to arrive. When we informed you we had resent the item there no need to communicate further and we presumed you received them which obviously you did.
