    I ordered these on the 5th July, 15 days before I needed them for my sons birthday. I didn't recieve before my sons birthday. Contacted seller asking for a refund, they resent them out, told seller when I needed them by! Still haven't received! All I wanted was the banners for my son or a refund so I could purchase elsewhere! Wouldn't buy from this seller again
