I originally was extremely upset regarding the seller’s shipping promise date of April 8 not being realized and my original feedback was negative as a result. Seller proactively reached out to clarify shipping is not under their control and seller offered to refund funds even if item eventually was received by me (buyer). On April 24, item was eventually received and seller returned funds to me. Seller was exceptionally understanding of my frustration in waiting 2 weeks past promised date.
