I contacted the seller who insisted on replacing the stone at no extra cost to me, even though it was not their fault. They refused to let me pay for the replacement or to divide the additional cost between the both of us. After a short delay (German Customs & Excise), I received a very nice replacement gem and a truly fabulous additional gift stone. A big thank you to you for this excellent service.
