The item was badly broken on arrival. I contacted the seller but communication was difficult. Eventually, the seller offere a partial refund of £7 which I thought was derisory given that I had already made it clear that the block was being bought as a gift. One I declined that offer the seller agreed to a refund so I am now in the process of returning the item and am hoping that things will now go smoothly. Also, the picture on the eBay listing gave the impression that the block come with a tray
