  What a fantastic company this is to deal with. Fantastic quality and great value for my money. Not only would I recommend this seller I will use them myself whenever I need screws or power tools. Item arrived exactly how it should well packed parcel in great condition . Had one technical issue which was resolved in super fast time. Also the delivery time I ordered the item on a Friday and it arrived Sunday morning which for me as a tradesman that was perfect as need the tool for my work. 5*

  I was very pleased with this seller and the tubes of sealant i purchased from them . They came as new and all in one big cardboard box . They appeared exactly as pictured and described . And the quality was excellent and they were very good value .

  Fast delivery and a competitive price. Exactly as described. The packaging was a bit light and was somewhat worse for wear when it arrived but all of the tubes were undamaged so no harm done. The tubes are quite heavy so the packaging needs to be a bit more robust to account for this as the couriers don't handle the packages sufficiently sympathetically for the light cardboard box to survive the journey intact. Still happy with the product though and would buy again. Thanks.

  Thank you. Very fast despatch. As described. However, I think I should add, whilst the packaging was adequate, the box and contents had very obviously had an extremely rough ride, with the box being partially opened. The machine itself, although clearly unused, had rub marks in various places. It may be that these all occurred prior to despatch to me. The machine, although cosmetically imperfect, functions well.

  Unfortunately arrived in a very damaged condition, due to couriers, sent pictures to seller and seller was shocked . But seller was very good at dealing with matters. Dealt with issues promptly and arranged collection swiftly at their cost. I have been refunded with no issues. I would use this business again as everything was very smooth until the courier delivered my item. Thank you for all the help to resolve the problem.The delivery time was excellent and the communications were great.
