Professionally packed and protected for courier (DPD) transit the unpacked unit was new, undamaged and is a confirmed DeWalt OEM product. Typical high quality DeWalt design and manufacture, brand new looks the business in terms of its appearance and the lowest price I could find on E-bay, plus a 20% discount, bargain. Toolden comms throughout were great, plenty of updates. Recommended!

  Thank you. Very fast despatch. As described. However, I think I should add, whilst the packaging was adequate, the box and contents had very obviously had an extremely rough ride, with the box being partially opened. The machine itself, although clearly unused, had rub marks in various places. It may be that these all occurred prior to despatch to me. The machine, although cosmetically imperfect, functions well.
