    The item was described as missing the handle and with a damaged box, which was fine with me. However, the set arrived missing one of the three pans (all lids present and correct). The seller insisted that this was not possible, and sent me photographs of a complete set - it cannot have been of the set I received, as the medium-sized pan was surely missing! However, after I continued to insist that the pan was missing, a replacement was helpfully sent. I now have the full useful set of good pans.
