I paid promptly in good faith. I got attitude in return when I asked for a reasonable discount.My options were repackage it and wait in line at the post office or accept $25 off. It’s the sellers RESPONSIBILITY to inspect their product and have pics from all angles.He failed.

  It was an honest mistake on my side, I am NOT a porcelain expert and that chip I have not seen. Now talking about your approach in the matter: I asked you to send back the Item if you consider it has bad chip and you accepted my 25$ partial refund. I sent you a proof of payment and immediately after you saw I paid, you gave me the negative feedback. Immediately after that you send me a message saying that I deserve the negative feedback.
