  Bike arrived very quickly and was extremely well packaged, the bike is as described and was 85% assembled, the rest of the assembly was easy using the tools provided, I asked a few questions before purchasing the bike and these were answered very quickly by Andy who is very knowledgeable on the subject of E-BIKES. Having looked at numerous other bikes on here and Amazon I purchased this one because it offered excellent value for money.. I would recommend this seller to Anyone. 10/10 👍👍

  Conditions: The seller purposely sent a non UK compliance bike to ne dispite telling him that i needed UK compliance. Ebay said they are not taking responsibility of any return upto 32kg dispite not letting me know thus from inception of this transaction. I spent upto £250 just for the return processes. It was a very regretting transaction
