    DO NOT PURCHASE. I have been trying to get ahold of seller for 2 weeks to fix something that came broken I’ve had 1 response that they will “try their best to fix the issue” yet have not answered a message in 2 weeks. Please reply before I take this further.

    Would not buy from this seller again. The serial number on the device had been etched out, so there is no manufacturers warranty. A description change was made on 10th Oct. I cannot use this on patients in my practice as I cannot prove provenance. Ended up paying an extra £41 in postage because the seller did not attach the correct postage. A poor decision, I will now go back to my trusted supplier.

    extra £41 in postage is your local country customs's tax fee.it's really out of our control. Hope you can understand that. The serial number etched out but also we can give you a 1 year warranty. This item can be good work,if not,could you give us photo to shows,we will do our best to help you slove it.
