This seller advertised a stool as follows, "This stool is made from high quality mahogany" and "this antique stool". Then when it arrived it was 100% plastic, modern and very poor quality. The price did not reflect the product. I have had a lack of apology and awkwardness from this seller ever since I initiated a return and am still trying to sort this out. Bad customer service, and argumentative in the communications. I do not recommend this wheeler-dealer Ebayer.

Item well packaged and arrived in good condition, as described. Was not aware until after purchase that item postage would be delayed. Took 16 days to send the item after purchase. I received 6 days after posting, which was beyond sellers control. . I needed the piece for my hoover so hadn't expected it to take 3 weeks, knowing any delays before buying would be ideal in future.
