This is such a terrible business practice because this is not the first time they have done this. I hope it is not a scam!

They are in China so returning is not an option. Despite offering me a discount on the purchase in return for closing my dispute - which I agreed to do, they have not refunded the agreed amount and their response upon querying where it was, was to wish me a nice day !!!!
