    Item was exactly as pictured. Seller s communication was good. Item arrived VERY late due to an issue with customs which leads me to my only issue. I was under the impression the item was in the United States. It was not. It was in Thailand. This was not explicitly stated in the listing. I avoid foreign gem sellers due to fraud I ve experienced. But, this item appears genuine & I will be trying this seller again, they did a fund due to the delay, which is very honorable, thus the positive rating

    Seller is dishonest. Shipping is from Thailand and then reshipped out of Philadelphia. This is listed as a US based sale and it isn’t. I’m happy to buy internationally but I want to know I’m doing so up front. Then, the beads were overpriced and not great quality. The seller lied and prevaricated email inquiries about why a delivery supposedly from the US took weeks. After all of that? The beads were a disappointment and low quality. Buyer Beware. Seller misrepresents location and quality.
