    I bought a paper shredder from an e-Buyer. However when I received it from the delivery Courier, the outer box seemed okay but I was shocked with the content as the Item Plastic Body & the top where the Shredder metal Cutter is situated had sustained multiple CRACKS. I contacted the SELLER who told me to forward a few pictures of the Item which he will use to make a claim with the Delivery Courier. I received a FULL REFUND immediately & the matter sorted out.
