I bought a paper shredder from an e-Buyer. However when I received it from the delivery Courier, the outer box seemed okay but I was shocked with the content as the Item Plastic Body & the top where the Shredder metal Cutter is situated had sustained multiple CRACKS. I contacted the SELLER who told me to forward a few pictures of the Item which he will use to make a claim with the Delivery Courier. I received a FULL REFUND immediately & the matter sorted out. Massive chaos. The amazingly useless Parcelforce held the package for a week while claiming fraudulently they had attempted delivery when they plainly hadn’t. They then tried to extort money from me for the Saturday delivery. To be fair this isn’t the company’s fault who refunded the cost when the (damaged) parcel finally turned up with many of the contents unusable, hence the positive feedback for this transaction. So: company, good - Parcelforce, atrocious
