Unfortunately this golf bag was damaged more than the seller realised when he listed it so he emailed me describing in detail and we decided it was best if I was refunded my money and cancel the transaction. [ I was refunded immediately] The seller communicated with me on a number of occasions and all-in-all it turned out to be a very amicable transaction - so a 5* seller!!
