  It seems to be in good, working condition, however, it was shipped in a flimsy bag with only light bubble wrap around it. It could have easily gotten broken or damaged. It should have been mailed in a sturdy, protective box. Just glad it seems to be okay. $10.99 shipping seems excessive for such a bad shipping package.
