    The PC had an intermittent power on problem and appeared uncleaned. I contacted green-it who were apologetic that it had been dispatched in that condition and offered a swap or immediate refund. I agreed to a next day swap (by DPD) . The replacement arrived within 24hrs in 'as new' condition and functioning as it should.
