  The 28mm Napoleonic Duchy of Warsaw figures arrived today, well packaged and with a timely delivery. The sculpts are just a shade smaller than expected, but this does not detract from excellent detail. These figures mix well with the Perry Miniatures, plastics especially, and the Wargames Foundry miniatures; they are actually true 28mm scale.
