At this price I was not expecting the laptop to be in such good condition, in fact I have received new Laptops direct from Dell which were not as good as this. Packaging excellent and the correct Dell charger was supplied although it was not mentioned in the listing. Will certainly buy again. Very professional. People like this are what makes E-bay work so well.
