Used items, Green Power company selling used items I bought 2 mobility scooter from Green Power company, both scooter used items. I paid for new scooter but they bring used scooter. Green Power products manufactured Cheating Me twice. Old items, items used already, no box, i never buy used items, I paid full price for new scooter, but Green Power manufacturers sent me oldest used items, I don't like this seller service. Cheating Me.

Firstly ordered the red one as said was in stock then was told its not. So did ask that I originally wanted the black but was not in stock so went for the red one instead as that was that's not now in stock. They said I can change back to the black as its coming into stock. Anyway a month later decided to phone them and they said the red ones arrived yesterday but no black. So asked could I change to the red one I originally ordered they said no as were all allocated . Full refund request 😡

We had then offered the scooter in a different colour or an alternative scooter for swifter delivery. However, it seems that the offer was declined. Wow what a fantastic scooter better than I expected I definitely recommend this scooter is anyone who wants a great machine at a good price and up to 35 miles per charge I might buy a lithium battery at a later date also it's arrived faster than I expected and they delivery driver was very helpful and friendly, this is also fitted with a very loud security alarm I also bought a spare of keys, I would like to thank Green Power Ltd
