Regrettably, the item received deviates significantly from the listing [completely different box]. It exhibits evident damage, notably a substantial scratch spanning nearly the entire front height. Additionally, the classification as "new" is perplexing. Despite reaching out to the seller upon discovery, there has been no response for the past two weeks. While this isn't catastrophic, a prompt and considerate response would have been appreciated to address the inconvenience and misrepresentation
