Cons - Box was damaged, manual dirty and parts missing despite being listed as new. Pros - Excellent customer service otherwise. Postage was extreamly fast, item was wrapped in bubble wrap, seller was consistantly very quick on emails and gave me a refund within a day of flagging the issue. I really appreciated this as I bought item for a present, and it's allowed me to buy from another seller today which should arrive just in time for the birthday. Thank you.
