  Item was won on auction. When it didn’t arrive, I contacted seller. EBay offered the preference for refund or to still receive the item. I chose the second option. Item was then refunded by the seller but I saw the same item listed soon after for a higher price than my winning bid. Explained this to the seller who said the item was lost and they could only offer the refund rather than honour the winning bid I had made and send a replacement item. Very dissatisfied, would not recommend.
