  When my item arrived, it was packaged very carefully, which protected the glass items still in their original box which was well padded inside another box. The seller was extremely responsive. I had some trouble with the tracking information on my end, and I got answers very quickly after making contact as well as a request to be kept updated. This item was available for other sellers, but this seller offered the best price.
