  Very bad customer service, waiting item ordered more then 12 days, after I got email from them confirming we are out of stock, after that I requested refund of £5 which is original price that I have paid, unfortunately they refund me less then that which £2, this is makes me very very upset, I hope the customer will have vigilant for these people, they have roped me, and I ma asking here to ebay to get my money back in full ASAP

  The product itself is good for the price. Late delivery, wrong product entirely was sent. I had the hassle of repackaging and printing the label ,they even requested I take it to an Evri return centre, which I did reluctantly having asked them to have it collected. I eventually got my ordered product. Communication was however reasonable.
