    Excellent quality and looks beautiful, my granddaughter loved it, price was cheaper than some sites. Was well packaged. Delivery took a few days longer than advertised although not by seller fault, was due to personalisation and courier. Would definitely buy again.

    Mug arrived with no personalisation which I had requested. Seller advised I could pay to return it and replace with a personalised one. You can't forget to add the name because a pop up says are you sure you don't want to personalise. I now have paid £14.99 for a winnie the poo mug. Rip off.

    No personalisation OR note for seller was left for this mug - we sent evidence through to the customer with screen shots that they had not left any details for personalisation. The customer advised they would return it to be exchanged for a personalised item, we are currently awaiting the purchased item back. Please ensure to click to save on your personalisation otherwise we will not get the note. If no personalisation is provided, items will be sent plain.
