This seller should be banned from eBay. With a picture of a branded groundmaster seed i was sent a generic mix seed. I was informed that they will refund on full over email and hence close the return case. Have not refunded. Bait and Switch - AVOID at all cost

I ordered and paid for two lots i.e. 20 units, each unit consists of a strap and a square collar. Without the collar the unit is useless. I received 20 straps and just 10 collars. Seller's attitude send a photo. Well I can't do that because is is too technical for me. I asked for 10 collars or prepaid address label to return lot. Heard nothing since. If you want to pay double or only have half your order sent this is a seller for you. I have done roughly 1,900 transactions successfully on Ebay.
