  I initially was disappointed because they actually didn’t have the shirt that I ordered. However the manner in which they handled and addressed the issue was very impressive. I immediately got a message explaining what happened and an apology and then they refunded my money immediately. Problems happen. It’s how those problems are handled and addressed is what matters.
