  Package arrived damage, and the seller is trying to palm me off to Australia Post. I don't have time, working full-time. Very disappointing. All I asked for was a return label to return it back for a replacement, how difficult is that?

  Buyer claimed parcel was damaged in transit and wanted a refund NOT exchange. He says he can't send photos of the damaged item and is not willing to follow procedure, which is to go to Australia Post to arrange the refund for damages in transit. We pay for transit insurance on all packages sent, but the receiver ONLY can arrange a refund by presenting damaged item, packaging and their receipt to Australia Post.
