Exceptional service! The package was damaged en route, meaning that 150 out of 200 onion sets were missing by the time the package arrived. Grundy's went beyond the call of duty, replacing the missing sets as best they could and making up the slight shortfall by sending extra sets of a different variety. Helpful and friendly phone call – and the second package was VERY well protected! Thank you for turning around what could have been a big disappointment. Very impressed!
