The item is excellent. Maybe because my English is not good, my communication with the seller was short. Fortunately, the item is as described. All accessories are included and work flawlessly. The seller should note and take a picture of the worn/tear/defect in the computer's painting. I see some, but overall, I cannot ask more for this competitive price compared to others on eBay - It is still perfect to me. One more thing I should mention is about the shipping, the packaging is great.

Where to begin on this one..... Let's start with the shipping. As shown in the attached picture, they use simply an express box with no padding and a power supply loose inside. It damaged the screen more in shipping however when I contacted this seller they accused me of trying to get a free laptop. See for yourself. I will say beware as they pack as cheaply as possible and more than likely it will arrive damaged to which you will meet a very harsh accusational answer. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Well, leave negative feedback, but be truthful, at least. 1st, the laptop already had damage, thus, sold for parts. 2nd, it was wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, sandwiched between 2 sheets of corrugated carton, and another layer of wrap. Charger was snug in the box with NO room to move. No additional damages occurred in transit. The buyer was offered to return for a full refund. They said they would much rather dispute the payment with CC instead. Go figure. Happy holidays to you too.

This item arrived fast and in amazing condition. It was even better than described. Such a great deal and no regrets dealing with this seller. If I could offer any words of improvement, just add some extra cushioning in the laptop boxes so they don't slide around and risk damage.
