    Watch out for their advertising, they state 12 pack ,yet advertise the price of a single pack which consists of just 2 filters /box. Even delivery states confirmed delivery for a 12 pack of filters, yet I only received 4 filters!! Besides that the products are good. But not good value . I feel they're cheating customers. Sellers communication was poor.

    Do not buy from this seller. It said heavy duty plastic- it's not and will tear with the first puff of wind. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund of my £36 they offered me £8 and I can keep the cheap plastic. They asked if that would be acceptable . I replied that it wasn't and I wanted a return postage paid sticker and a full refund and they're now ignoring me. Their eBay contact is coming up in I think it's Chinese. I have sent the same message a few times but I'm being ignored.
