Purchased a "Refurbished - Excellent" unit; what arrived was nothing short of a pristine new unit in its original box with the computer and accessories in their original factory coverings. Unit was well packaged inside another box, promptly posted, came within three days and easy to set up and run with all parts included. All this at a great price, and a one year warranty included at no additional charge. All communication great. I will give this seller any business I can!

  All around I'm super impressed! Weeks before I pulled the trigger on what for me is an expensive purchase, I contacted this vendor several times, all of which were responded to promptly and answered all my questions. When I finally purchased, it was shipped pretty much immediately and arrived swiftly, with zero damage. Product was amazingly packaged, and the item itself seems to be in perfect condition!   Unfortunately my item never made it. NO FAULT of the seller. This had to do with UPS and their lack of work ethic. I tried for days to have the item redelivered to my HOME! I called UPS only to be told they could not deliver b/c driver could not access home. NO gate and they kept stringing me along. Reached out to seller and requested phone to be shipped back to him. Money returned. A++ selller. Sorry you missed the sale as I purchased from another site.

Packaging was outstanding, fully bubble wrapped and secured to ensure item was not damaged in anyway. Top notch, high quality product. Pricing was comparable, if not better than others.
