I guess being able to count to 12 is not a prerequisite for this seller. I'll give them credit they do respond to questions quickly, but how they resolve an issue with common sense is a completely other story. Rather than spend $0.80 cents for a stamp and throw one friggin screw in an envelope, they would rather me start a return and go through a two week process of "hopefully" then sending me a package of 12 instead of 11 screws.... pretty darn lame.

Sent entirely different style than pictured. Tried to tell me I ordered wrong tuners. I u/s they needed ferrul adapters as I have other vintage/modern sets He continued to argue despite being two completely different styles. Be sure of what you’re getting. Pics don’t match products and that’s your fault. He also tries to condescend and insult your intelligence in email correspondences. Very unprofessional. Buyer Beware.

When you have a self centered goon with 29 feedbacks who sends pictures of guitars as to bolster his supposed knowledge of guitars. He ordered vintage bushing tuners for a modern SG then LIES like a sociopath to avoid paying return shipping. Now he's blocked for life. Mitch Sells nothing but a hard time.
